The study on Macau mushroom is a miniature of the achievements of independent scientific research and development in the 20th anniversary of Macao's return to China. It lasted 15 years: 1) 101 species of mushroom belonging to 52 genera and 27 families were investigated and identified in Macao, and the monograph "Macao Mushroom" (Science Press) was published, which filled the gap of large fungi resources in Macao and was conducive to the integrity of ecological resources investigation and research in China; 2) A total of 3950 samples from 167 strains of 152 species of fungi were collected, and culture preservation database, picture database, literature information database, etc. and digital traceability management system was established, which laid a foundation for the protection and utilization of mushroom resources in Macao, and the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry. 3) the chemical composition, quality control and artificial cultivation of Ganoderma spp. and other mushrooms were studied, and 137 compounds were isolated and identified. Among them, 47 compounds were new, which laid the foundation for the quality control and material basis research of mushroom; 4) the comprehensive utilization of traditional Chinese medicine residues (Sanqi, Sanqi) in cultivating Ganoderma tropicum was realized. Total of 1 monograph, 2 monograph chapters, 17 papers, 1 doctoral dissertation and 4 master's degree thesis have been published, and 1 Chinese patent has been granted.
